Oasis Dental is in a quiet area of Kingston with plenty of street parking and two designated parking spaces directly out the front. Our practice has two surgeries upstairs for cosmetic and restorative treatment, as well as a surgery downstairs dedicated to your ongoing care by our hygienist.

We entertain you

Are you scheduled for treatment? You will get to select a DVD or music of your choice from our large library to entertain you during your appointment. We'll give you comfortable headphones which will allow you to concentrate on your movie without hearing all the noise around you. We also have wide range of inspirational books that our patients can borrow from the 'Oasis Library'. And if you see anything you like in one of the magazines, such as a yummy recipe in Gourmet Traveller, let us know and we can photocopy it for you (make sure you cook it and let us know how delicious it turned out too!).

We're discreet

We know Canberra is a small place and you can be confident that each visit to Oasis Dental will be held in the strictest confidence with private rooms in a quiet area of Kingston.

You can freshen up after an appointment

After you've been lying down with your mouth open for any period of time, it's likely that you will get 'dentist hair' and your lipstick will rub off. Never fear, our beautiful bathroom is fully stocked with lipsticks (in a variety of colours), hairspray, face wash, cotton tips, band aids, deodorant and designer perfumes. You can walk out feeling nice and refreshed after your visit to Oasis Dental.

We don't smell like a dentist

Really, we don't. We have aromatherapy in each surgery and hot spots around the practice so each room smells lovely.

We're on time

We know how important your time is so we take great pride in being on time for you and we appreciate the same from you. On the rare occasion that an unplanned dental emergency arises, we'll let you know as soon as we know. There's nothing worse than rushing to an appointment to find out that they are behind schedule!

We're bug free

Our patient and people protection measures along with our infection control are at the highest of standards. Our practice is clean, healthy and hygienic.

We're high-tech

We are constantly looking at ways to make our practice more modern and up-to-date:

• We use an amazing system called the CEREC which allows us to complete crowns and similar procedures on the same day. This means fewer appointments and less disruption to your schedule.

• Our x-rays are digital. This is so we can provide you with the most accurate diagnosis as it allows us to enhace and magnify the images taken. There is much less radiation involved for you and they eliminate the use of chemicals which benefits everyone and the environment.

• We have a Toothcam which is an intra-oral camera to show you close up, live images of your teeth.

• We use digital SLR photography for our cosmetic and technical photos. Why? Because it ensures the highest quality images  are obtained for laboratory communication to get the colour and shape of teeth just perfect.

• We use lasers in our everyday practice as diagnostic and treatment tools. We are able to perform procedures more conservatively and effectively than ever before with the use of lasers.

• For your comfort and relaxation, we have DVD players and personalised TV screens in each surgery so you get to watch a movie during treatment.
